At this point Colorado’s attempts at ballot box biology have been a massive failure. The wolf introduction has cost $4.7 million (the estimate given to voters of Prop 114 through 2024 was $1.6 million), 3 wolves are dead along with a ton of livestock and pets, and other, wild wolves are now in captivity. This isn’t the failure of @coparkswildlife - it’s a failure of ballot box biology forcing CPW to do something they said was not a good idea. They voted 3 times against bringing in wolves. They also voted 11-0 (unanimously) against a mountain lion ban. Maybe we should listen to them! Before we allow another disastrous ballot box fiasco happen - get informed, listen to what CPW says about hunting lions, how they’ve voted in the past before the gag order, and get out and vote this November against ballot box biology.
