Quail Run is closed as of today. Our request to improve the shooting opportunities in Elbert County was denied by the county commissioners. Thank you for supporting us through nearly 27 years of business.

Saturday is our July NSCA shoot. Registration opens at 8:30 a.m. Main Event kicks off at 10 a.m. and the Second 100 follows about 1 p.m. Main Event costs $65, Second 100 $40. Targets set by Jon Kruger.

Congratulations to Rocky Mountain Clay Busters shooter and Quail Run employee Makayla Dame on her wins at the SCTP Regionals in Cody, Wyoming. Makayla won Lady Sporting (86/100), S***t (99/100), 5-stand (45/100). Great shooting!

Reopening Friday, May 1st

We will be reopening the Sporting Clays and Archery at 8:00 am on Friday, May 1st. We are excited to welcome back our shooters. At this time our hours will be Thursday - Sunday 8:00 to 5:00.

We have implemented a drive-thru check in procedure to reduce the need to go in a building. We ask that shooters maintain proper social distancing and other attempts to reduce the spread of corona virus.

Due to our April Closure, we did not run credit card payments of monthly members and we have given an additional month of membership to all our annual members.

Many of you are wondering about the status of our Rifle/Pistol Ranges. Our current step in the approval process with Elbert County is Planning Commission review. Our next meeting is scheduled for May 19th and will probably happen via a virtual Zoom Meeting. At this time the Commissioners will take public comment and make a recommendation to the Elbert County Board of Commissioners. We do not have a date for County Commissioner Meeting. We are hopeful that both groups will see the value of a rifle/pistol range to the community and we can start construction. We appreciate everyone's continued patience and support through this process.
