Meet Elizabeth Andrews

For Elizabeth Andrews, yoga is where she gets to undo her “do.”

As a self-described Type A and longtime teacher, her practice is a space to focus solely on movement — what it looks like, what it feels like, and what her body needs that day. Some days that means getting nuanced about how her hips are (or aren’t) cooperating. Other days, it means getting completely lost in the work and forgetting everything outside the room. Either way, it supports her mental well-being and brings her back to center.

Elizabeth will be the first to tell you she’s not your “traditional” yoga teacher. For her, yoga isn’t something to put in a box. It’s training — movement that addresses angles, directions, and planes of motion so we’re better prepared for whatever life throws at us. Do the hard inside the studio. Embrace the struggle. Build the confidence to handle the “nut kicks” life inevitably delivers.

Her teaching style is what she calls a “one-stop shop.” She begins with stabilization to give the brain better access to movement, then sequences exercises, postures, and patterns together to challenge both body and mind. Expect balance, power, strength, mobility — and a splash of play (because play is essential).

Outside the studio, Elizabeth is all about her gbabies — Coco (28 months), Cooper (7 months), and Athena (15 months) — and pickleball, which she describes as humbling, frustrating, and joy-filled all at once. She loves simple living: time with her husband of 33 years, their bully pups Starla and Rex, travel, and fully embracing this empty-nester season of life.

We’re lucky to have her bringing strength, humor, and realness into this space. 🌀

Meet Craig Baldwin

For Craig Baldwin, the purpose of yoga is simple and profound: to calm the fluctuations of the mind. Through intentional sequencing and breath-led movement, the practice begins to shift the nervous system — softening the fight-or-flight response and inviting rest, steadiness, and clarity. Over time, yoga becomes less about reacting and more about responding with presence and ease.

For Craig, yoga means union — bringing body, mind, and spirit into harmony. Rooted in the Sanskrit meaning of yuj, to yoke or unite, the practice is a way of living in connection — with himself, with others, and with something greater than the individual self.

Craig trained in Baptiste Power Vinyasa and has also studied with Ana Forrest, Jose Calarco, Desiree Rumbaugh, Andrew Rivin, and Jodi Boone in Restorative Yoga. He is passionate about postural alignment and weaves together the wisdom of his teachers with breathwork, chanting, and live music using harmonium, guitar, and Native American flute. His favorite offering to teach is Bhakti Yoga — a devotional practice blending breath, dynamic vinyasa, chanting, and deep rest, inviting connection to Spirit through embodied practice.

Outside the studio, Craig enjoys spending time with his wife of 32 years and their mini aussie, Jasper. He treasures time with his grandchildren while wintering in Arizona, learning and sharing mantras with friends, gardening, playing pickleball, riding bikes, listening to music, watching sunsets — and simply being.

We’re honored to have Craig sharing his practice with this community.

Meet Leah Adams

Yoga, for Leah Adams, is rooted in the creation of space — space to listen, to rest, to move with intention, and to gather in community. As one of her teachers says, “When you nurture where you are, you get where you want to go.” Yoga offers a way to care for ourselves and one another, to regulate the nervous system, and to remember that community care is self-care.

For Leah, yoga is the practice of coming home to the body and the breath. It’s a method of deep listening — to the intelligence of the physical and energetic body. Whether we call it union, integration, or simply presence, yoga is about remembering our wholeness and our connection to each other and the natural world.

In class, Leah primarily teaches Yin Yoga, restorative breathwork, and mindful movement, weaving together functional anatomy, mindfulness, and sound healing. Her approach integrates Traditional Chinese Medicine, Ayurveda, and nervous system science, with a deep dedication to cancer care yoga and practices that support healthcare providers and individuals navigating illness with greater ease and presence.

Outside the studio, Leah loves spending time in nature with dogs, blending teas, cooking nourishing meals, and exploring the Pacific Northwest.

We’re honored to have Leah sharing her practice with this community. 🌀

Meet Cameron Nagashima

Yoga came into Cameron Nagashima’s life not as a hobby, but as something deeper. His first savasana wasn’t just restful — it was transformative. It wasn’t the shapes or the sweat that stayed with him, but the stillness. The pause. The integration. The quiet awareness that cracked something open.

For Cameron, yoga is ultimately about self-awareness — the ability to stay present with sensation, breath, and emotion without immediately reacting. Physically, the practice builds strength and resilience. Mentally and emotionally, it creates space — space for choice, clarity, and steadiness.

Yoga isn’t an escape. It’s a relationship. An ongoing conversation with breath, body, and attention.

In class, Cameron teaches a grounded, breath-centered, alignment-informed practice that blends tradition with contemporary somatic science. The emphasis isn’t on how a posture looks, but on how it feels — coherent, alive, and integrated from the inside out.

Outside the studio, Cameron moves between creative expression and embodied inquiry — exploring photography, breathwork, somatics, meaningful connection, and intentional travel.

We’re honored to have Cameron sharing his practice with this community.

01/03/2026

Something is shifting — and you can feel it.

Last year was about becoming.
Slowing down.
Listening more closely.
Letting old patterns fall away.
Building your strength from the inside out.

2026 arrives with a very different pulse.

This is a year of motion.
Of courage.
Of choosing momentum over hesitation.
Where the fire is lit and you stop waiting for permission to move.

On the mat, it looks like this:
You’re no longer just arriving — you’re rising.
The breath is steady.
The body is stronger.
The edge is calling.
And this time, you meet it.

What you cultivated before?
It becomes your launchpad now.

We’re here for the next chapter of your practice.
Let’s move. 🔥🐎

01/01/2026

Stop the “new year, new you.”

You are exactly who you are supposed to be in this moment.

May you prioritize the things you’ve always wanted to do
but never had time for.

May you put yourself first
after a lifetime of putting everyone else first —
you know who you are.

May you let people’s opinions of you
flow away like footprints in the sand.

There is nothing to fix.
Only space to choose yourself — again and again.
