No forms. No traditional rituals. Just raw, functional striking, modern sparring drills, and elite conditioning.Designed specifically for adults and athletes in the Kirklin, Lebanon, Sheridan, Frankfort, and central Indiana area who want high-level training without a grueling weekly commitment.

When: 6 high-intensity Saturday sessions spaced over 3 months (Starts January)

Where: MidwestTaekwondoAcademy, Kirklin, Indiana.

Investment: $150 total for the full 3-month series.

Because we prioritize safety and high-level coaching from two certified instructors, this cohort is strictly capped at 16 students.
