KV Kickboxing

Excellent workout at an unbeatable price!! This is a fun and energetic class, designed for all ages (16-above) and skill level.

The class is an hour long and consists of 12 rounds on a punching bag, and an alternation of 6 work rounds and 6 rest rounds, with jump rope and stretching to top it off. Its designed to be an excellent cardio workout, but is still at your own pace. At only $5 a class, its a great deal for a great workout.

We made it to Friday!!!!

I hope everyone had a terrific week.

I'm super excited for class tonight, especially after being gone last week. I can not wait to get in there and get in 12 rounds of badass cardio.

Looking forward to seeing you all getting in there and putting in that work. 💪

Remember, you don’t have to be perfect—you just have to keep moving forward. Push through the tough rounds and give yourself a chance to get better.

Another week is finally coming to an end, and there is no better way to close the out the week than with an evening of cardio kickboxing 💪💪

Show up, put the gloves on, and get to work. Some days you’ll feel strong, and other days you’ll have to fight for every round. Keep pushing, because progress comes from staying consistent when things get tough.

It's fitness Friday!!!!

We FINALLY made it to the end of the week and I'm so ready for the weekend, and the best way to start the weekend is with the best workout in town💪💪

Now it’s time to get back to work. Put the gloves on, turn the music up, and get moving. Maybe you’ve been off your game lately, or haven't been to class in a while but that’s okay; what matters is getting back at it.

Don’t overthink it, just show up, work hard, and keep pushing. One workout at a time, one round at a time, you’ll get right back where you belong.

Happy Kickboxing Friday!!!

I don't know about you guys but this has been a looooong week and I'm very ready for some kickboxing 😅.

Sometimes though we don't always want to hit the gym, but those are the days we need to go the most. Never miss an opportunity to work on yourself, even when you’re tired or not feeling motivated.

Every workout is another chance to get stronger, push your limits, and become better than you were yesterday. You don’t need to feel ready—you just need to show up and put in the work. Some days will be harder than others, but that’s where the real growth happens.

Keep pushing, keep improving, and don’t waste the chance to invest in yourself.

Another week down and another weekend is upon us 🥳

And there is no better way to start a weekend than with an evening of kickass kickboxing!!

I'm so excited for class tonight, its going to be tough but alot of fun. Even when you get tired and want to quit, remind yourself why you showed up in the first place.

Push through the fatigue, keep throwing your punches and kicks, and don't give up on yourself. The workout will end, unfortunately 😅, but the strength you build from refusing to quit will stay with you.

Make the choice you'll be proud of when the round is over.
