Short Track Speedskating is a fantastic all-family sport. Our skaters begin at age 4 and stay on the ice all the way into their 70s! Pay at the front desk.
This individualized sport builds self-confidence and discipline for people at various fitness levels. Summer 2013 Training:
Dryland Strength and Conditioning Training
What: Coach Russ and Coach Lacy are running off ice workouts this summer. These training sessions will help improve your performance on the ice during
