PRESS RELEASE
INDIAN NATIONAL FINALS RODEO

INDIAN NATIONAL FINALS RODEO ANNOUNCES PLANS ON MOVING FORWARD WITH 2021 SEASON

Browning, MT (February 19, 2021) - The Indian National Finals Rodeo (INFR) is excited to announce its plan to move forward with the 2021 rodeo season and Finals.

President Bo Vocu says, β€œThe INFR is excited to rodeo again. I think our members, contestants and fans are ready to rodeo as well. We plan on moving forward in a safe manner that coincides with tribal, local and state guidelines as it pertains to health issues and our events.” General Manager Donna Hoyt stated, β€œOur phones have been ringing off the hook. We have members and committees wanting to rodeo and wanting to know what the plan is.”

The INFR will move away from its traditional region-based format for the 2021 season. Instead, it looks to sanction a number of larger tour rodeos and qualifiers from which contestants will qualify to the 2021 Indian National Finals Rodeo, once again to be held at The South Point Equestrian Center in Las Vegas, Nevada, on October 19-23, 2021. More details and event information will be forthcoming.

The INFR is a 501c3 nonprofit organization devoted to enhancing and keeping Indian professional rodeo alive. Visit our website at www.Infr.org for more information.
