This custom "𝐻𝑒𝓁𝓁𝑜 𝒲𝒾𝓃𝓉𝑒𝓇" label is so cute! 😍 This awesome fragrance is available in 16oz Jar Candles and Mia Melts.

Top: Apple, Pear, Mandarin Peel
Middle: Siberian Fir, Clove, Cherry
Bottom: Cinnamon, Musk, Pine Cones

𝙃𝙤𝙬 𝙩𝙤 𝙤𝙧𝙙𝙚𝙧:
All customers (local and out of town) can email [email protected] with "order" in the subject line. List the fragrance name, number of candles or packages of melts you'd like, and your delivery address (melts come 12/pkg.). I will send out of town customers a secure payment link through Square and your order will be shipped to you. Payment for local orders is due upon delivery via cash, check, or card.

HAPPY 4th!

Meet Bernice!
Bernice used tell her daughter “I couldn’t do that! Id die!”
Little did she know, it would actually help her live!

Bernice has COPD and was on oxygen nearly 100% of the time. She showed up to class nervous but ready to strengthen her lungs. She was weak, and out of breath with the slightest movement.
We took it NICE AND SLOW and within a few short weeks she was noticing such positive things. She would leave the gym saying she could breath better than she has in years. She was hooked now!

15 MONTHS LATER
She’s still showing up! She’s gained so much strength it’s incredible. She pushes herself through every workout! AND!!! She RARELY has to use her oxygen!

Getting strong, getting healthy, is for anyone!!! 💪🏼

We know this is not what most of you want to hear, but starting tomorrow, November 18th, we will be closed for 2 weeks.
We will still have programming available on Triib and will do our best to program workouts that need little to no equipment.
