⭐️ TRANSFORMATION TUESDAY ⭐️
Read Sandi’s journey below ⬇️
When I first joined Burn, I was terrified. Deep down, I knew I was an athlete, but that part of me had been buried for a long time. I was afraid I would feel judged, and I was also worried that I would hurt myself. But Burn quickly proved those fears wrong. From the very beginning, everyone was so welcoming, and I never felt judged. Instead, I found a community that encouraged me, supported me, and made me feel like I belonged. Over the years, I’ve made so many friendships that I now love being the person a new member looks forward to seeing when they walk through the door.
One of my biggest hesitations was the cost of membership. I knew it wasn’t cheap, and I was worried I wouldn’t be consistent enough to make it worth the investment. But that concern actually became part of my motivation. I wanted to make the membership worth it to me, so I committed to coming 3–5 days a week. Seven years later, I’m still doing it consistently.
My results have gone far beyond what I expected. I’ve gained friendships, confidence, endurance, and strength. Most importantly, I found my inner athlete again. I can do things today that I never would have dreamed of doing six years ago. I can go on a hike without getting winded, can actually do push-ups and box jumps, and I feel stronger and more capable than I ever imagined I could.
Burn has changed my life in so many positive ways. I’m more confident, stronger, and healthier. Becoming healthier was a huge goal for me because I want to be around longer for my kids. I also love traveling and doing adventurous things with my family, and taking care of my health allows me to continue making those memories with them.
Looking back, I realize I didn’t just join Burn to get stronger physically. I joined and rediscovered a part of myself that I thought I had lost. Burn gave me back my confidence, my strength, my community, and my inner athlete—and seven years later, I’m incredibly grateful that I took that first, very scary step through the door.
