The wait is over! Our new air conditioning is up and running, and we’re excited to announce that Hosford Jiu-Jitsu Academy is returning to our normal Gi & No-Gi schedule starting Monday, July 27!

The academy is cool… but the jiu-jitsu is still 🔥🥋

Thank you to everyone for your patience and support while we completed the installation. We can’t wait to have everyone back on the mats in a comfortable training environment!

🚨 Class Update for Tomorrow 🚨

Hosford Jiu-Jitsu Academy will be closed for Kids Classes tomorrow while the HVAC crew completes the final touches on getting our new A/C system up and running.

✅ Adult classes will still be held as scheduled.

We’re excited to have the new system fully operational and appreciate everyone’s patience while we finish these last few steps. Thank you for your understanding and continued support!

We’re making improvements to create a cooler, more comfortable training environment for everyone. We appreciate your patience and understanding while the work is being completed.

🇺🇸 Fourth of July Holiday 🇺🇸

Just a reminder that Hosford Jiu-Jitsu Academy will be CLOSED on Saturday, July 4th in observance of Independence Day. If you want to train, Coach Gabe will be attending a local open mat at 10am at checkmat.

We WILL be open for all regularly scheduled classes on Friday, July 3rd.

📢 HJJ Academy Update 📢

Unfortunately, our A/C unit is currently out. We are actively working to get it repaired as quickly as possible. Until it is fixed, all classes will be conducted as No-Gi classes to help keep everyone as comfortable as possible during training.

Also, there will be no Saturday classes this week as several members of our team will be competing at a tournament. We wish all of our competitors the best of luck and can’t wait to see them represent HJJ Academy on the mats!

📢 CLASS CANCELLATION NOTICE 📢

Hosford Jiu-Jitsu Academy will be closed on Friday, June 5 and Saturday, June 6.

Friday’s closure is due to scheduling conflicts, and on Saturday our team will be traveling to Gracie Jiu-Jitsu Kentucky for Affiliate Training Day to continue learning, growing, and bringing back valuable knowledge to our students.

We appreciate everyone’s understanding and support as we invest in improving our academy and coaching. We will resume our normal class schedule on Monday.
