PMA Knoxville is open and running on normal schedule today!

Our classes had so much fun at Spirit Week this week! Check out some footage from Ninja Day on Wednesday. The dojo is now closed for Winter Break. Classes resume on Monday, January 5. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!

Congratulations to Isabel on her promotion to Blue Belt in Jiu Jitsu at PMA Knoxville! We have a great crew of students training Jiu Jitsu on Monday and Wednesday nights with Rodrigo. And Isabel was one of the first in the program!

Tom is the first PMA Knoxville student to reach blue belt under Sempai Rodrigo in the Monday/Wednesday 7:30 PM Jiu Jitsu class!

📢 Weather Update – We Are OPEN! ❄️

Both Oak Ridge and Knox County Schools closed today due to the forecast, but after assessing conditions, the roads are clear, and PMA Oak Ridge and PMA Knoxville will be OPEN for all regularly scheduled classes this evening.

In the future, we will continue to follow Oak Ridge and Knox County schools for our respective academies when closing for inclement weather. This is an exception.

As always, if you have concerns about road conditions in your area, please use your best judgment and stay safe.

We ARE open today and running on a modified schedule at PMA Oak Ridge and normal schedule at PMA Knoxville. Oak Ridge Schedule:

3:30-4:30 - All Levels Kids Jiu Jitsu
4:30-5 - Lil’ Dragons Kenpo
5-5:45 - Juniors Kenpo
6-6:45 - Kenpo (Ages 13 & Up)
7-7:45 - Jiu Jitsu (Ages 13 & Up)

Be careful in the parking lots as they still have some slick spots! And as always, if you are uncomfortable with your driving conditions, please stay home and we will see you soon!

Big weekend for PMA Knoxville student, Tom Berg, and instructor, Jessy Heidle! Tom had an incredible performance in his 3 day FILKENJUTSU Black Belt test and earned his black belt. Sempai Jessy was promoted to third degree and was given the title of SiFu! Congratulations you two!

That’s a wrap on our 5 Animals of Kenpo Summer Camp! We’ve had such a blast with these guys over the week!
