Today, I had the absolute pleasure of personal training the incredible Kerry for her very first private 1:1 session. Let me tell you, it was a morning filled with empowerment, determination, and pure awesomeness! 💪🏋️♀️

5️⃣ WAYS exercising can benefit you!
Exercising helps boost the production of endorphins. Endorphins are natural mood boosters, they make you feel good! Physical activity can help distract your mind from day to day worries, allowing you to relax & increase overall well-being!
Engaging in at least 30 minutes of exercise can help with the promotion of serotonin. Serotonin is a neurotransmitter that helps regulate sleep.
Setting smart attain able goals & achieving them will really help boost your self confidence! For example: Choose a physical activity you enjoy doing, pick a time of when you are going to do it & set a timer for 30 minutes. You may feel unmotivated at first but once you start moving your self confidence will start to rise! You are strong & capable of so much 💖
Exercise increases circulation of blood & oxygen to muscles & tissues, allowing for you to feel more alert. This is also a result of an increase production of endorphins.
When someone sees you or you share the fact that you are exercising for any given time, you create a positive influence on those around you, instantly they start thinking about how they could or should exercise too.
