Fantastic turnout for a beautiful morning at last weekend’s Dogwood 5k. Congrats to Beth Herndon and Scott Greeves for the overall wins!!!

Congrats to the Knoxville team “2022 Ville to Ville Champions” who surprisingly were the 2022 Ville to Ville champions today and set a huge course record along the way.

Earlier this year, Larry Brede had knee surgery to repair a meniscus tear. After 8 weeks on crutches he got the go ahead to start running again…two weeks ago. Yesterday he ran 26.2 miles in 3:55 to keep his streak of running every alive!!!!! A really inspiring run. It’s an honor to call Larry a teammate!

Fantastic day at the 5k. Team Zen Evo / Long Run had a great showing led by team sponsor Eddie Reymond. Thankful for the running community and the camaraderie we get to share at these races.
