Our usual Frog Juice leaders won’t be available for today’s emotional sobriety meeting (May 3rd).

You’re still welcome to come hang out, but the meeting itself is canceled; if people show up, it’ll just be a more casual, informal gathering/hangout.

Emotional Sobriety meetings are happening weekly across Knoxville!

These are spaces to slow down, be honest about what you’re experiencing, and learn how to respond to life more intentionally. While the group is especially geared toward those navigating addiction and recovery, anyone who connects with emotional sobriety and is respectful of a recovery-centered space is welcome.

Since then, she’s released her acclaimed debut album Best of Me and continues to captivate audiences with her rich vocals and emotional depth.

She’s joined by Tyler Dale, a seasoned country artist, producer, and frontman of Tyler Dale + Company. With a background in jazz performance and his debut album Salutations, Tyler brings versatility and musicianship that elevate every song they perform together.

We’re thrilled to welcome Von Sutherland to Daisy’s for an intimate night of live music on January 15.

Hey everyone 👋

💚 It's with a mix of excitement and a heavy heart that I'm stepping back from hosting the Sober in Knoxville and Maryville events. This wasn't an easy decision, but it's an important one, as all of my energy is now being poured into creating something incredible for our community: Daisy's NA Bar & Bottle Shop in Maryville, TN

🛠️ I can't wait to share the journey of building Daisy's with all of you. It's my hope that this new space will become a permanent, welcoming home for everyone. 🏠

🙂 While the Sober in Knoxville and Maryville events will be paused until further notice, I'm happy to announce that the Emotional Sobriety meetings will continue - so long as we have hosts to help run them. If you are interested in keeping these alive, please reach out!

Thank you all for following along and attending our events over the past few years! This has been such an instrumental part of my sober journey and, knowing what I do now, I would do it 1,000 times over again given the chance.

Reminiscing about our Non-alcoholic Brew Tour with a week ago ✨

It was nice to visit places and learn about the options they have. I've (Lindsay) found that, for some reason, NA options aren't listed on online menus and sometimes that'll keep me from going to a place, or at least feel comfortable going to a place that serves alcohol. Going on the tour allowed me to venture into these places with a fun group and learn what these spaces had to offer. It made everything a lot more comfortable and I'll be more confident on a night out now.
