From minute one of ownership we needed our JT Waylon to be a dual purpose weapon. First as a trail rig capable of hanging with our friends in well built dedicated trail rigs. Second, be a very capable vehicle on the street. Numerous 1500 plus mile road trips, daily driven for 4 years, been on a trailer twice. Once to Moab and once when we couldn’t find a rear axle shaft for a trail side repair. 109,513 miles and counting.

Saturday night we exited Parsons Branch on to the Dragon. 42’s, no sway bars and all 140” of wheelbase. We didn’t push it hard, but quick enough for it to keep the heart rate up.

Stable, controlled and a freaking blast to drive! This is what taking the time to make it all work together AND running high quality American components looks like.

Had a perfect afternoon and evening with fellow Jeepers at Azul Cantina followed by night ride through Cades Cove and out Parsons Branch!
