We had the pleasure of learning from Trevor J. Egli , Certified Mental Performance Coach and Professor at Johnson University.
Trevor educated our staff on health behavior change and the many factors that influence how people build healthier habits. From personal motivation to social support and environment, everyone’s path to change looks different. Real change is not one-size-fits-all.
A great reminder that coaching is not just about giving people a plan, it is about understanding what helps them take action.
