there’s some new faces on here so I thought it would be a good time to share my “why” for OTHP!
God gave me a gift to love people, I’m a firm believer if you love yourself it becomes easier to love people. In a dark world ,people need light. My mission is to help light up the world 🌎
I hope to have the opportunity to expose you to fitness in an enjoyable way that leaves you feeling happier, healthier, & more confident!

Bent over row breakdown :
👉🏼Bend the knees slightly and bring the torso forward over a bar, whilst keeping the back straight.
👉🏼Grasp the bar with an overhand grip.
👉🏼Keep the upper body stationary and pull the barbell to the torso and pause.
👉🏼Return bar under control to the starting position and repeat.
the underhand grip targets the lats, your back will thank you!

Growing up as an athlete, I have always been in a gym and around fitness. I have read all the fitness books, listened to the podcasts, tried various workout programs, etc. But working out with Derrick has been the ultimate game changer in my life.
I am finally seeing the results I want and strive to get better each day. Derrick is the coach that will push you to not only reach your fitness goals; he is there for you through all aspects of life and I couldn’t ask for a better support system. -

the most important thing you could ever do for yourself is INVEST in your health — when you’re the healthiest, not skinniest, but healthiest... it shows up in every aspect of your life. You’re able to play with your kids longer, you wake up with energy, you get a great nights sleep, health issues start disappearing, & you feel lighter, happier...
your health is the starting or stopping point to everything in your life — you only have one body, take good care of it so it’ll take good care of you in return!
