Final club workout of the year tonight!! As usual, we crushed it! I want to say thank you to all the students that came out this year and hit these workouts week after week! Y’all came in each week with a great attitude and you can definitely tell a difference in your fitness level and your mentality! Also want to give a huge shout out to the coaches and the community at MoTown CrossFit for embracing this club! Y’all made this happen! Great work this year Panthers! Have a great summer!

Today might have started out windy and rainy but we took advantage of the good weather this evening by teaming up with the 6:30 pm class! This one was a burner! Good work club!

Again with the good weather! Running, burpees and box jumps tonight! Good work, Club!
Warm weather and daylight savings means we take the workout outside! Running, ab-mat sit-ups, and hand release push-ups this evening!
The CrossFit Open is the first of a three stage qualification process for elite CrossFit athletes to make it to the CrossFit Games in August. Every Thursday for the last three weeks CrossFit HQ has put out a workout for the CrossFit community to complete by the following Monday. The cool thing is that hundreds of thousands of everyday CrossFitters get to participate in the Open every year and compete alongside these elite athletes in their gyms around the world. The club finished up the final workout of this year’s Open on Friday! From wall walks to deadlifts to pull-ups the club has absolutely crushed some really hard workouts the last few weeks! Great job club!
Karolyn, Lindy and Kairi held it down last night for CrossFit Open Workout 22.2! This one was a burner too.
CrossFit Open Workout 22.2:
1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3–2-1 reps of deadlifts and bar-facing burpees as fast as you can for 10 minutes. Great work tonight ladies!

🚨Club Member Spotlight🚨
This week’s Club Member Spotlight goes to Anthony Ramirez. Anthony is a sophomore who enjoys playing sports, working out, and watching movies. Anthony plays soccer and lacrosse at Patton, and he plans to play football next year. He joined the club because he wanted to get in better shape but he also wanted to try a new fitness routine that would help him feel better physically and mentally. CrossFit has been a great fit for Anthony because he’s lost weight, improved on his fitness, and he’s gotten really strong! Anthony can back squat 305 pounds for 1 rep, front squat 185 pounds for 3 reps, bench press 170 pounds for 1 rep, and power clean 135 pounds for 1 rep!
