FIVE YEARS ago today we opened our new group fitness studio location and finally got to SPIN together in-person again for the first time in thirteen months! For those long thirteen months we stayed connected via Facebook Live doing classes together lead by Michelle from her basement!
We’re so proud and grateful to still be going strong! Thank you to all that have stuck with us through all the ups and downs! We’ve accomplished a lot since we reunited and had a helluva lot of fun!

Huge congratulations to our dear friend and client, Chris Skalet! This morning, Chris completed his 900th SPIN class with us! Chris, you have been our biggest cheerleader from the very start when we were simply even considering having classes at our gym. You got the milestone reward shenanigans started, and even helped us deliver bikes during the shut down to keep everybody going. Without your enthusiasm and support we’re not sure our classes would still be going 12 years later. Thank you for always being positive spirit and for all your hard work and dedication.
