Great dancing isn’t built only in private lessons—it’s built by getting out on the floor and dancing. 💃🕺

🥃 C***r & Wh**ky Fall Cocktail Party — 8:00 PM

Our parties are one of the best ways to take what you’re learning in your lessons and actually use it. You’ll get more comfortable dancing with different partners, improve your lead and follow, build confidence, develop better floorcraft, and practice simply dancing in a social environment!

And the best part? You’re learning while having FUN. The more you dance socially, the more natural your dancing becomes—and the more confident you’ll feel every time you step onto the floor.

So come take the class, stay for the party, dress up in your favorite fall cocktail attire, bring some c***r, wh**ky, or a snack, and spend the evening dancing with your Go Dance Knoxville family. 🍁✨

We have a fantastic October lined up—and there’s something happening every week!

🥘 OCTOBER 2 — Crock Pot Party
Bring your favorite crock pot recipe and enjoy a night of great food, dancing, and good company!

🥃 OCTOBER 9 — C***r & Wh**ky Fall Cocktail Party
Break out your cocktail attire and join us for an elegant fall evening! Sign up to bring c***r, wh**ky, or both. Snacks are always welcome, too!

🎃 OCTOBER 16 — Pumpkin Bake-Off
Bring your best pumpkin-inspired creation and let the friendly competition begin!

👻 OCTOBER 17 — Monster Mash Pumpkin Carving SATURDAY SOCIAL!
Bring your own pumpkin—we’ll provide everything else! Our group class will be filled with Halloween music to get you in the spirit.

✨ OCTOBER 23 — Fall Showcase Preview Party
Get a sneak peek at some of the performances coming to the stage for our Fall Showcase!

🌟 OCTOBER 25 — FALL SHOWCASE
Our biggest show of the year! Join us at the Clayton Performing Arts Center at Pellissippi State in Hardin Valley for an afternoon of incredible performances.
🎟️ Tickets are $10 and open to the public. Purchase yours in advance at the studio or at the door.

🎃 OCTOBER 30 — Halloween Costume Party
Come dressed to impress—or scare! 👻 Awards will be given for Best Female Costume, Best Male Costume, and Best Couple Costume!

💃 And don't forget your Group Classes!
Even if you don't feel quite "ready" yet, come anyway. Group classes are one of the best ways to build confidence, practice what you're learning, become more comfortable on the dance floor, and enjoy dancing with others. You don't have to feel ready to show up—you get ready by showing up. ❤️

What a weekend at Smoky Mountain Invitational Dancesport Competition! 💃🕺❤️

We’re incredibly proud of our Go Dance students, instructors, and staff who were part of SMI. So much preparation, dedication, and teamwork goes into an event like this, and it was wonderful to see that work come together on the floor.

Most importantly, SMI gave our Go Dance family the opportunity to share something we all value deeply: the joy of dancing, the friendships it creates, and the memories made along the way. ❤️

Thank you to everyone who represented Go Dance and helped make SMI such a memorable weekend. We’re proud of what you accomplished and grateful to have shared it with you!

STUDENT SPOTLIGHT: TOM & JULIA ❤️

Some couples simply have a special connection on the dance floor—and Tom & Julia are certainly one of them.

Their dedication to dance goes back to 1991, and even after taking a break from the dance floor, they returned in 2019 and have continued to pour their hearts into dancing ever since. ❤️

Tom & Julia are the kind of students who show up ready to learn, ready to work, and ready to keep improving. They put in the time, pay attention to the details, and genuinely care about perfecting their craft.

That dedication comes through every time they perform. They’ve shared so many beautiful and touching performances that have captivated audiences and created moments we won’t soon forget. ✨

And now, we’re incredibly excited to watch them take the floor at Smoky Mountain Invitational Dancesport Competition next week! 🏆

Tom & Julia, we are so proud of you and so grateful to be part of your journey. It’s a privilege to watch you continue to grow, challenge yourselves, and create something beautiful together.
