📢 *Wednesday Night Rides* 📢

Due to extreme heat, humidity & 3-digit heat indexes, ride at your own risk this week. Please use your own judgement for proper heat acclimation for safety with riding. If you ride, please check in with eachother often & keep in groups to ensure everyone's well-being. I (Christi Deyton Broyles), will not be riding Wednesday Night. Larry Lewis will be there with cold towels, cool misting fans & cold beverages. Be safe!

Weather looks clear & warm for this week! With Summer Solstice just behind us, we'll aim for a slightly longer ride to take advantage of sunlight !...but will modify as needed. We have multiple groups to offer a variety of paces and distances. Groups roll at 6pm from Planet Fitness. Hang around for cold towels & fellowship afterwards 🚴‍♂️ 🍻 🥂

We will be doing a ride from Cycology bikes tomorrow morning. We will start at 8:30. This will be a chill pace no drop ride. Route will be made up on the fly lol. But also depends on the rain chances. It will be around 50 miles I hope. After the ride hang out at cycology and have after ride beverages.
