Pause front squats 4x3 with a pause on the 3rd rep. Did a lot of these during my training for the Games. Still like to incorporate them now.

Quick tips:
Full grip on the bar (if your mobility allows)
Hips stacked over your ankles
Brace your midsection & keep neutral spine
Bend at your hips & knees squatting into your ankles
Press through your midfoot
Keep a tall chest as you ascend

More sn**ch work 🏋🏽‍♀️ low hang sn**ch every 90 sec x 6 sets

Didn’t think I would be able to sn**ch again after having sciatica.

Not only was it a physical struggle, but a mental one of trying to be patient and not being able to workout, lift, run, etc.

If you’re going through an injury or a setback, I encourage you to be patient with the process, do your research, be proactive on what can be done to get better.

It won’t happen overnight, but consistency and doing the work to get better will pay off.

We talk about clean food, clean products, and clean training. Somehow the air at home got left out of the conversation.

My AirDoctor Pro 5500 covers up to 1,043 sq ft with 3-stage filtration: a pre-filter, a carbon/VOC filter, and an UltraHEPA® filter that captures 99.99% of particles as small as 0.003 microns.

One of the features that I love is the Auto mode, which adjusts on its own, based on the quality of the air and its whisper-quiet at night. If you’re interested in checking them out, the Pre-Holiday Sale on Sale is live now! Check out my 🔗 in my story and save.
