Great workout at - phenomenal all around gym with literally everything you need and more. Great selection of free weights, plate loaded machines, and on select machines.
The owner Liz was super accommodating and runs an incredibly clean and well maintained place!
Majority of today’s pull day. 1 working set per.

I haven’t taken pre workout in forever but this stuff is JUICY.

Restarting a new program in attempt to add as much tissue as possible over the next 12 weeks. I will keep workouts the same and really push progressive overload, keeping rep ranges 6-15 (20 on smaller muscles). Most importantly, I will be adding a good bit of food, will add in diet to reference.

First stop on my Gymcation was - this place had a ton of machines from that I’ve been dying to try. Great atmosphere, clean, super friendly staff, spaced out incredibly well with a ton of equipment!
Pull day
2 sets to 2-3 within failure on each exercise
Believe it was 10 total sets
Some blow up with volume (looking at you for when you see this Megan)-I wither down.
