Back in 2017 we worked with Coach Lyle Henley at the University of Alabama Birmingham to build a new Strength & Conditioning Center for their revived Football program 🐉
We worked closely with Coach Henley to develop what they needed, specifically the Reverse Back Extension/GHD Combo and some of our newest Pro Series attachments. The results were a weight room that was functional and efficient 💪
