The program is going on in Knoxville. The pyramids are out, I hear jump ropes singing, the med balls stay off the racks and the results are being produced. Motivation and interest is up...The HEAT is being applied!!!
I hate leaving my HEAT team here! I am developing a new series of rounds to put the SLAP on Knoxville...IT'S SERIOUS!! I am also working on a HEAT camp to do at Lifestyles for a few weekends on rotating months!...Just can't quit!!!
Time to take the show on the road. The HEAT will be coming to Knoxville. I will be looking at locations next week. It will be exciting to work with new talent and that area has a lot to draw from!
