Tucks & Tiles was SO. DANG. FUN. 🤍🀄️

Erin absolutely kicked our tails in Barre50 this morning 💪, and then Erica had us putting our brains to work by walking us through the most fun (and seriously addictive!) game of Mahjong! We laughed, learned, and had the best afternoon together🥹

A huge thank you to Erica for making today so special—we already know this won’t be the last time! We can’t wait to have you back for another round. 🫶✨

At Neighborhood Barre, equipment is a tool—not a requirement.

Our weights, bands, balls, and blocks are used to add variety, increase the challenge, and help you connect even deeper with the muscles we’re targeting. But don’t worry…you’ll still find that signature shake and burn with or without them. 🔥

So when the beat drops and the equipment appears, know that it’s there to enhance your workout—not define it. The burn is always on the menu. 😉
