Concord Yacht Club and Sailing Center Concord Yacht Club is a non-profit organization dedicated to enabling and promoting the sport of sailing in East Tennessee’.

Concord Yacht Club provides facilities, equipment, instruction, social activities, club and invitational regattas, and cruising events for its members, and community educational opportunities for kids and adults alike to learn to sail and improve their sailing skills. The club is located at Mile Marker 616.1 (Tolbert Bend Light & Daymark) on the Tennessee River. By land you can access CYC at 11600 South Northshore Drive, a ½-mile west of Concord Road.

Volunteers are needed for a work party on September 12 from 8:00 til noon.

Planned projects include cleaning brush from some recent bush hog work and placing in a dumpster, along with general grounds cleanup. Bring some gloves!

Whether you are a total beginner, a seasoned sailor, or looking for incredible youth summer programs, we have a spot for you on the water.

In case you haven’t heard, tomorrow is the work party at the club!

Great opportunity if you haven’t got your work hours in yet. Planned projects include brush clearing, cutting and disposing of driftwood, pressure washing, organizing the shed, digging, and other general maintenance tasks.
