KCD’s Board of Directors will be hosting a fundraiser at Culver’s in Alcoa on September 15th from 5:30-7:30. 10% of all sales will be donated to KCD. Spread the word and bring your friends!! We hope to see you there

The Knoxville Center of the Deaf (KCD) in Knoxville, Tennessee is currently seeking applications for a Program Specialist. Please review the following job responsibilities and position requirements and apply if you are interested.

KCD is an established service organization within a large and dynamic Deaf, DeafBlind, and Hard of Hearing community. The Program Specialist is responsible for coordinating and managing programs funded through the DHS grant, including case managment, ASL classes, and community outreach.

We are packing up πŸŽ’ and heading to Clinton for our first KCD On the Road community gathering.

We want to connect with the Deaf, DeafBlind, DeafDisabled, and Hard of Hearing communities throughout Anderson County. We also want to connect with ASL learners and ASL interpreters in the area. Come learn about all that KCD has to offer and, most importantly, tell us what you would like to see in your community.
