A great week of CCIM 104 in Knoxville!

A huge thank you to instructors Walt Clements and James Gerdts, DBA, CCIM for sharing not only their expertise, but also the real-world experiences, stories, and lessons that make the material come alive. Their passion for commercial real estate and commitment to mentoring the next generation of professionals is what makes the CCIM education experience so valuable.

We also enjoyed spending time together outside the classroom at our chapter happy hour—one of the best parts of CCIM is the relationships and connections built along the way.
