Times are uncertain. They are confusing, scary, and hard. Even though there is so much that is out of our control, don't lose sight of what you can control. Focus on what you can do right now, tomorrow, and next week to make yourself the best version of you. If that starts with focusing on improving physically, then do it. If that starts with focusing on family, on taking time that you didn't have before, then do that. If it is finally reading that book you bought months ago, get to reading. There is still plenty that is in your control, everyday choices that you have to make in order to better yourself, physically, mentally and spiritually. Take the opportunity you get each and every day to be great.
