Workout of the Week: 10 min total body KB 11/11/2015

Here's our ! It's a total body workout, takes less than 10 minutes, and will boost your energy and mood!
All you need is a stopwatch and a kettlebell. (Dumbbell can be used instead of kettlebell).
Warm Up:
-30 sec. KB Overhead Jog and 30 sec. KB Russian Twist
Workout: 4x 30:10
-KB Goblet Squats
-KB High Pull
-KB Bent Over Rows (R, L, R, L)
Stretch:
-Low Back Stretch (hold for 30 sec. on each side)

-10 Frankensteins (on each leg), 10 Snap Kicks
Workout:
-Tree Pose Hold (for 60 sec. on each side)
-Bobbing Bird Kickthroughs (10 on each side)
-Warrior 3 Hold (for 30 sec. on each side)
Cool Down/Stretch:
-Runner's Lunge (hold for 30 sec. on each side)

Warm-Up: ½ Tabata (20 sec on:10 sec rest, x 4) Squat Jacks
35 sec on :10 sec rest (repeat circuit 2-3 times)
Lunge Pulses (right leg)
Squat Pulses
Lunge Pulses (left leg)
Bridge Pulses
