There’s just me - my name is Sally.

Gym owner, equipment fixer, locker-room cleaner, head toilet scrubber, message answerer, bill payer, fellow gym member…and the very proud grandma pictured here with my grandson. 💙

For over 26 years, this gym has been a huge part of my life. I don’t just own it - I run it. I notice who keeps showing up. I see the progress being made. I know when someone could use a little encouragement, and I truly care about the people who choose to be here.
