It's been a while since I posted anything. I had a minor setback due to an injury. But, I'm making my way back!
I'm giving a huge shout out to Christine Dixon! She is a saving grace for sure! She took the bull by the horns, and RAN! Not only did she take over my classes, but she also took on the 11:30 class and the many hours of setting up/taking down/planning!
I'm working my way back into instructing and Christine has agreed to help me with that till I can get my full range of motion and strength back.
With that - Come check us out! Strength and Conditioning Circuit. Monday, Wednesday, Friday. 5am & 11:30am.
