Quick recap of this season: we attended the LT homecoming parade and carnival with laser⛵️ We also showcased her laser at our club meeting to show to the members. Even made a special appearance at a meeting! Today’s meeting we did sailing trivia and Lions newspaper came out to see our club(look for sailing club in the newspaper). As the season draws to a close, we’ve welcomed a new member to the team who is always super excited to get on the water. The energy and enthusiasm the team brings to the water and the club are what we strive for every day. We are LT!!

Such a successful night for LT sailing club at co curricular! With over 30+ people signing up to join we can’t wait for the szn!! We could not have done it without the enthusiasm of the incoming freshman and the amazing staff at LT setting up!⛵️⛵️

One of our sailors was able to go and see the two 49erfx sailors for the 2024 Paris Olympics, Maggie Shea and Stephanie Roble, at Chicago Yacht Club! Best of luck to the team in Paris💪⛵️ Thank you to the for putting on such an amazing event. Be sure to follow and watch the Roble/Shea team in Marseille!⛵️🌊

Last weekend, one of our sailors went to Pewaukee Lake Sailing School for the May Madness Regatta! The breeze was amazing on both days. The race itself was intense, with everyone going for the top spot. In the end, it was an amazing event filled with meeting a ton of new people and some good racing. If you’re interested in joining us, we’d love to have you out on the water! This week is the last week of the spring season at Columbia, but we are looking forward to the fall season already!!
