How we feel doesn’t always have to depend on what’s happening around us.

Ari Rastegar talks about emotional priming as something you can train, almost like a muscle. Practicing gratitude, joy, and presence intentionally can start to shape how you move through the rest of your day.

That kind of mental training can have a real impact on how you show up in your health, work, and life.

When the body feels safe, the mind works better. Nervous system regulation can support clearer thinking, better focus, and stronger performance, especially when stress is high.

Sometimes a conscious breath is enough to change your state and help you respond instead of react.

If you want to understand how breathwork can help you regulate stress, think more clearly, and perform better under pressure, check out my full conversation with Tabatha DeBruyn on The Superhuman Blueprint Podcast.

A high performer can keep hitting every target while something underneath starts to slip.

Changes in mood, energy, communication, or decision-making may be early signs of burnout and cognitive overload. Matt Beaudreau explains why good leaders pay attention to these patterns and ask a simple question: “Is there anything going on at work that we can help you with?”

That conversation could reveal the strain their performance is hiding.

Kyle was only 21 when unexplained fatigue, allergies, joint pain, depression, and anxiety began taking over his life.

He was eating well, exercising, and performing at a high level, yet six or seven doctors couldn’t explain what was happening. Eventually, advanced testing uncovered chronic mercury poisoning.

His story is a powerful reminder that persistent symptoms deserve deeper investigation. Sometimes getting your energy and mental health back starts with identifying the root cause.

Pain has a way of making us feel isolated, like no one else could understand what we’re carrying.

In this conversation, former Australian commando Tim Thomas explains why breaking that isolation can be the first step toward healing, resilience, and better mental health.

Sometimes, even an inch of progress reaches further than we realize.

You can train harder, do more, and still teach your body to move poorly.

That was one of the biggest takeaways from my conversation with Tyler Bramlett.

We tend to think functional fitness is about adding more workouts, more weight, or more intensity. But if your underlying movement patterns are off, doing more can reinforce the same compensations that eventually show up as stiffness, poor mobility, recurring pain, or injury.

Tyler learned this firsthand after a devastating accident, multiple surgeries, and years spent rebuilding his own body. His work with biomechanics completely changed the way he thinks about exercise.

We got into movement quality, proper posture, strength, body awareness, working around injuries, and why sometimes the smartest thing you can do is stop pushing and rebuild the basics.

The bigger goal is movement freedom.

Being strong and mobile enough to travel, play with your kids, stay active, and keep doing the things you enjoy as you get older.

Because when it comes to healthy aging and exercise for longevity, how well you move matters just as much as how much you move.

Full conversation with Tyler Bramlett on The Superhuman Blueprint Podcast will be out on September 8.

Water filtration is one of the simplest ways to reduce your everyday toxic load.

As Adam Parker explains, if your water is not being purified before you drink it, your body has to do more of the filtering itself.

Reducing what enters your body through water, food, air, and skincare is a practical part of supporting natural detoxification and foundational health.
