Zercher squat
1. Set a barbell at about waist height in a rack.
2. Place the bar in the crooks of your elbows and clasp your hands together.
3. Stand up with the bar, keeping your chest tall and core braced.
4. Squat down until your hips are at least parallel to your knees.
5. Drive through your heels to stand back up.
