Introducing Riffs Social Hour πŸ¦‹βœ¨

A Friday night wellness experience that serves as an alternative social experience in lieu of going out to the bar 🍻

For a $20 "Cover," you get access to the *entire studio* - open format.

What does this mean? πŸ¦‹
✨ Open Deck - Come with your mat and an open mind - practice alongside other yogis, and set aside time to practice things you may not feel confident to try during a standard class - think: inversions, arm balances, etc. Or, use the space to stretch, relax, and unwind!

✨ Open Wellness: with music playing and chatting encouraged, this is a new type of wellness experience at Riffs. Take a plunge, make a friend, and don't worry about disrupting a quiet yoga class! (but please avoid excessive noise or yelling!)

✨Open Living Room: Bring a craft, a puzzle, or a game to share with friends over tea β˜•οΈ

Questions? Ask! 🀍 We can't wait to share this experience with all of you!

One week away ✨ Introduction to Ashtanga Yoga: Primary Series is a workshop that will help you understand the physical fundamentals and the philosophy behind the practice. Amanda is an experienced and skilled facilitator who will guide you safely past your own limitations. Questions? Ask! We can't wait to see you all next weekend for round two 🀍
