🛑⏩ Aspiring Baseball Players, let’s talk about the dangers of ego lifting in the weight room! ⚠️🚫 While it might feel good to pile on extra weight and show off, it can actually set us back instead of propelling us forward in our baseball journey. 😱❌

🔒Building true athletic development requires a focus on technique, functional strength, and injury prevention. 🏋️‍♂️💯 Instead of trying to impress each other, let’s prioritize these key points:

1️⃣ Proper Form & Technique: Don’t sacrifice form for heavy weights! 🚧 Mastering the right technique ensures optimal muscle recruitment and minimizes the risk of injuries. Protect your body and perfect your movements. 👌

2️⃣ Progressive Overload: 💥 Gradually increasing the weight and intensity of our workouts is crucial for long-term gains. By consistently challenging ourselves with manageable increments, we can steadily build strength and power. 📈💪

3️⃣ Recovery & Injury Prevention: 🛌🤕 Remember, our bodies need time to recover and rebuild. Neglecting rest and recovery can lead to setbacks, overuse injuries, and hinder our performance on the field. Prioritize quality sleep, nutrition, and mobility work to keep our bodies resilient! 💤🥦

Why do l enjoy what I do so much?...Because I get to work with individuals that are ready and willing to put in the work to chase the very same dream I had growing up.⚾️

Being able to see that same drive and determination in Zack & Alex is what makes working together so rewarding.🙏🏻🏋️🔥

Working on incorporating compound and explosive movements into my workouts the last few weeks. Truly seeing strength and stamina progress. Learning that it’s once thing to have muscle but the use and daily consistency of it is also important. Learning fluidity and control has taken my complete body to another level and I’m definite loving where it’s going. I feel true confidence in the process .... do you? Do you see your program as the answer to what you want to see improve?

Still working on posture and form. Really starting to see strides in my strength gain with the new diet. Body is feeling great, recovery time is shorter, and seeing how easy this process is on the daily. The consistency of progress is really exciting when you keep pushing through new thresholds.
