Today, we are highlighting our Executive Director, Caley Hernandez.

In a vital role that often works behind the scenes, Caley helps keep every part of our dance company and studio running smoothly. From managing budgets and planning for sustainability, to coordinating guest artists and building meaningful partnerships, her work lays the foundation for everything we do.

Caley also supports and guides our staff, oversees daily operations, and leads marketing and outreach efforts that connect our studio to the broader community. Her leadership ensures that both our dancers and instructors have the resources, structure, and opportunities they need to thrive.

We are grateful for the dedication and care that helps keep our studio moving forward every day. If you see her around the studio, be sure to thank her!

We are so proud to spotlight Margaret Moreno, our incredible Arts4Us teacher! Her dance classes are designed for individuals of all abilities, creating a space where everyone can move, connect, and feel empowered.

Margaret brings patience, creativity, and a true understanding of inclusive teaching to every class. She meets each dancer where they are, encouraging self-expression while helping them build confidence, coordination, and joy through movement.

We’re excited to highlight Eva Anderson, our Grants Coordinator and Assistant to the Artistic Director! Her dedication to supporting the arts and the work happening in our studio makes a meaningful impact.

From taking meeting minutes to coordinating communications, and assisting with administrative tasks, she helps keep everything organized and on track. She also works closely with the Artistic and Business Directors to plan, write, and ensure grant funding is applied for and carried out.

We’re so grateful for the care, organization, and attention to detail she brings to our team, and all that she does to support our dancers and programs!
