Our last workshop takes place on April 12th @ 4:30 PM. This is the “Intermediate Spine Corrector Workshop”

This workshops shows us the power of the versatile spine corrector. We can form exercises to work out particular muscles. We can’t wait to see you there!

Our third workshop is the “Intermediate Wunda Chair Workshop”. The chair is a different, but elegant way to exercise Pilates. It truly is a wonderful workout.

In this workshop you’ll learn how to maintain stability, flexibility, and persistence while you keep your pretty posture!

Our second workshop is the “Intermediate Reformer Pilates Workshop”.

Takes place on April 11th @ 4:30.

This workshop is centered around the versatile reformer. The reformer is the apparatus of Pilates. In this workshop you’ll learn to sculpt, and build movement around the reformer.
