CFLM will be hosting a Veteran’s Day charity event on Saturday November 14, 2020. The class times will be held at 10-11. We are asking for a minimum of a $10 donation, per athlete. With your donation, you will not only get to do a great workout, but The Beach Hut Deli will also be providing their amazing sandwiches! So after the WOD, hangout, eat and drink! All donations will go to The Honor Foundation, which is an excellent source for Special Operators who are transitioning from military life into the civilian world. Check them out at honor.org
