Two real ones right here!

These two grew up in boxing programs, and now they're both giving back to the same communities that helped shape them. Different gyms, same passion, same purpose! Nothing but respect between these two. It's about so much more than boxing. It's about the kids, the community, and giving the next generation the same opportunities they had. Much respect to both of these men for staying true to where they came from!💯🥊

National Night Out is coming to La Vergne!

Join the La Vergne Police Department on Thursday, October 8, from 5:30–9 p.m. at Veterans Memorial Park for a free evening built around community, connection, and public safety.

Meet the officers and first responders who serve La Vergne, watch live police demonstrations, connect with local organizations and community resources, and take your shot at Dunk the Chief.

National Night Out brings neighbors and public safety professionals together outside of emergency situations, giving families a chance to learn more about the people, programs, and resources that help keep our community safe. Admission is free, and everyone is welcome.

🥊 What an incredible day! 🥊

A huge thank you to everyone who helped make Knock Out the Heat a success—our volunteers, officials, judges, referees, ringside physician, nurse, coaches, boxers, parents, families, supporters, and the gyms that traveled to compete. It truly took a team, and we couldn't have done it without you!

We're proud of our Club KO fighters, finishing the day 3-2. Congratulations to Lampi and Christian on their first-ever victories, and to Chris on earning his first W representing Club KO!

Win or lose, every one of our fighters showed heart, courage, and represented Club KO with pride. We couldn't be more proud! ❤️🥊
