💖Love is in the air here at Remuda Run, and I just wanted to share this gentleman with you. What a guy✨️💖

Cisco is a wonderful stallion #1 because of his brain. Brain is the absolute most important factor here, and as the years have gone by, it trumps everything else in my breeding program.
#2 conformation, he's got it.
#3 Athletic ability and desire to please, BOTH. And there are a lot of boxes to check in this category.✅️
#4 Beef... because I like'm big and chunky, that's a personal thing.😆
After that? Nothing else really matters, but cool colors sure are fun to look at.😉❤️ He just turned 3 this month, and has a bright future ahead of him, as he is already a solid family horse, and can already drag calves to the fire at a branding. Ranch work!🤩

Now let's imagine all of that crossed to Beaujolais, my QUEEN BEE 👑🐝
Every baby she has produced has been GORGEOUS.

Something for all of us to look forward to in 2027! Cisco is back in the barn for a conjugal visit with Beaujolais.❤️ Beau is a good and protective mom, she needs time to get to know a man, so he's here a week-ish early to court her.

The Cisco kid 😉 spent the winter with the Price family, where he had been doing light ranch work. In the past month I have seen him at brandings, and I'm impressed to see him bieng roped off of and dragging calves. The Price kids have been riding him too, he is gentle, and I just can't say enough good things about his mind.

Remember, this APHA stallion just turn THREE years old on June 4th! Pretty impressive... and pretty too! Yes, he is on the Remuda Run website but his profile and pics have not been updated since last summer.

We look forward to seeing what he and Beaujolais produce, it should be one gorgeous half-Arabian!

Morning workout on a brisk mountain morning.
Butter, Bluff, Tux, and Valentino.

Pippi was... more than ready to go back to herd life.🚀

She is a great kom buy was naturally weaning her c**t Goose, so we helped that process along by separating them (by a v-wire fence line.) Goose made fast friends with Tux, Butters, and Cisco. Pippi and Goose were side by side, the one stall/run apart, then 2...
Goose became more focused on the horses in the stall/runs next to him quickly.

Here we are after 11 days, Goose didn't whinny for her as I walked by his stall, (but Cisco sure did!) I took her down to the Canyon pasture so she could join Zamp, Pal, Bluff, and my other 2 broodmares Beaujolais and Dorada.

She took off like a rocket. 🚀

Now Goose is ready to start his next chapter, and so is Pippi!
