Wow what a week! 2024 point sparring champion, 2024 point athlete of the year and bow Olympic sparring bronze medalist! Mr Relford will now be moving in to team trials in Charlotte NC next month. Congratulations!!!!!

While Mr. Relford was kickin it in Texas, we had a crew head to Westside Middle School for the NAMA Taekwondo Tournament!
Very proud of everyone who participated! This was a first tournament for some of our team! Great job stepping out of your comfort zone!
Shoutout to Landon Mitchell and Sean Alumbaugh for coaching and helping out RMA until I could get there!
