Nebraska Omaha Force Baseball and Softball Club

What a great Sunday afternoon to spend some time at Force Field doing a little coaching development workshop! From our 8u Force coaches, all the way up to our 16u Force Nationals coaches. We reviewed and walked through what we use as our practice plans! The 1st 30-45 minutes of our practices all have the same structure,(tweeked for age groups and skill levels) We structure it so not only you as a coach have the plan to get started, but also so the players have structure. This will build their confidence and lower any stress they may be having about what to expect at practice that day! I'm super proud of our newest coaches to the club for coming out and investing their time to help train these kiddos!
