TEAM SEMPAI JUDO RAFFLE!

Our Team Sempai junior athletes are working incredibly hard as they prepare for the Junior National Championships in Texas this November. These dedicated young competitors train 2–4 hours every day, balancing the demands of school, family, and athletics while remaining committed to their goals. Their training goes far beyond simply attending practice—they spend hours refining techniques, building strength and endurance, improving flexibility, studying strategy, and developing the mental toughness required to compete at the highest levels of youth judo.

These young men and women are more than just competitors—they are representatives of our community. Through their discipline, sportsmanship, and dedication, they proudly carry the values of Sempai Judo Academy and show what hard work and perseverance can achieve.
