This weekend we will be volunteering to work the Eastern Missouri Beekeepers Association booth at the Kirkwood Greentree Festival. Stop by and say hello. We will be promoting the club as well as educating everyone about honeybees! Buzz on over and pick up some EMBA honey and merch while you’re there!!!

A live honey bee program can turn pollinator science into something students can see, question, and experience firsthand.

The 2027 Bee Grant provides eligible schools and nonprofits with support for educational live bee programs, along with curriculum, lesson plans, and resources to bring learning into the heart of the hive.

📅 Save these important dates:

• Part 1 deadline: October 15
• Part 2 deadline: October 30
• All applicant notification: December 16
• Grant package arrival: February 2027
