A great ergonomic chair isn’t just about comfort. It’s about adjustability. 🪑

I recently reviewed the Branch Ergonomic Chair Pro, and what really stood out to me was the number of adjustment points this chair offers at its price point.

Carpal tunnel syndrome occurs when the median nerve is compressed as it passes through the carpal tunnel in your wrist. While no single workstation adjustment can guarantee prevention, reducing sustained, awkward wrist positions is a smart place to start.

**Want to wake up your glutes? 🍑 Try the All 4 Glutes Lift!**

Start on your hands and knees with your hips square to the floor. Keeping your knee bent, lift one leg up toward the ceiling as if you’re trying to kick the ceiling with your foot. Squeeze your glute at the top, then lower with control.

The key? **Keep your hips square and avoid twisting your body to get the leg higher.** You want your glutes doing the work—not your lower back.

Try 10–15 reps on each side and feel those glutes fire! 🔥
