Happy Happy birthday to our amazing co-founder Michele Ray Dolaway 🎉🥳!

We are so grateful for you. Michele is the creative force behind the class formats you know and love here at Reya ❤️ She has the best style & makes sure our studio looks stylish & peaceful. She’s got the eye for making sure our merchandise stays on trend too! She is a creative powerhouse and always has the best ideas for events, or a new class our clients might love. She always thinks about others, and that’s probably why she’s so good at what she does ❤️.

Michele brings the best energy to the studio, and you can feel it in her classes too. She knows how to deliver a challenging class, but somehow you feel grateful for the butt kicking & you keep coming back!!!?? A unique gift for sure 🤣

Michele goes out of her way to get to know our community & turns strangers into friends and friends into family. She always has time for a conversation and this makes everyone she encounters feel cared for.

She has the most generous & giving spirit - which constantly inspires all of us. Those donation classes we do? Her idea!!

Plus she is a ton fun and always keeps us laughing!!

Reya would not be Reya without Michele! Reya would actually not be possible without her ❤️ Every day I (Alyssa) am grateful to have a partner & friend I can trust and rely on to not only to run the studio, but to help me grow as a person and navigate this thing called life. 🥺

We are so excited for this one! Kids Yoga & Craft with Abbie Yoga

Ages 4-7 (4 year old requirements - comfortable with drop-off, potty trained)

Drop off your kids for Yoga & Crafts! This workshop pairs playful, kid-friendly yoga with a hands-on craft project. This class is rooted in movement (breathing, yoga poses, and games) followed by a fun craft activity. Kids get a full hour of guided movement and creativity while parents get a break. 50 minutes.

We are pleased to partner with Laurel House for their Yoga Fall Festival weekend, October 2–4, by offering a donation-based class led by Karen Conicelli on Saturday 10/3 at 8:00 am.

October is Domestic Abuse Awareness Month. Laurel House is an independent nonprofit organization dedicated to ending domestic violence in every life, home, and community. They provide a hotline and textline, housing, supportive services, community education, advocacy, and accompaniment. Last year alone, they provided safe shelter for 111 adults and 98 children.

All funds donated will go directly to the Laurel house. Please either donate directly to them by visiting their website, or bring a cash donation with you the day of the class.
