Self-care to the max 🚀 Our morning crew was dialed in to the work this morning!

Give yourself a portion of your day to do the maintenance on the machine that moves you through life! 💯 It’s not selfish, it’s necessary.

Fitness is more fun when you’ve got people beside you suffering through it too 😂🔥

We push each other, laugh through the workouts, celebrate the small wins, and get better together every single day. That’s what makes Metcon Athletics different.

No matter where you’re starting from, there’s a place for you here. 💪
Come try a free intro class on Saturdays or message us for more info.

“We talkin’ about practice. PRACTICE. Not the games… practice. 😂

But somehow in the middle of all the missed reps, chalk explosions, random dance breaks, and ‘one more round’ lies… this crew keeps showing up for each other every single day. 💪

Turns out practice is where the community gets built.

Welcome to the chaos at Metcon Athletics 💙
